4. Nature of services and quotes

This Site presents and markets solar panel cleaning and performance maintenance services for residential and commercial installations. The prices shown on the Site (e.g. the £99 and £179 packages) are indicative estimates.

Every enquiry is subject to a phone-based technical check or a personalised written quote before any works are scheduled. The confirmed quote is the only document binding on both parties.

5. Right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers have the right to cancel a distance or off-premises contract within 14 days without giving a reason, unless the service has already been performed in full with the consumer's express prior consent before that period ends.

To exercise the right to cancel, customers can write to hello@voltfarm.pro, provided the works have not yet started.

6. Dispute resolution (ADR/ODR)

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, consumers may refer the matter to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body approved under the Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumers Regulations 2015. Relevant contact details will be provided on request.

7. Data processing (UK GDPR)

In accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018, VoltFarm collects only the contact details (name, phone, email, postcode) strictly necessary to handle quote requests. No customer database is sold, rented or passed to third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice and all related commercial transactions are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects a consumer's statutory right to bring proceedings in their own country of residence.
